Oldie But A goodie.
Really don't want to sound like a hater or a cynic or that fucking guy that always has to complain but god damn, I'm not sure if I like Kendricks new content or not... Section 80 was my shit, front to back... I used to go out of my way to play it for people with that excited grin on my face like "look what I found..." But lately i feel like I'm just liking it because I don't want to get yelled at by some hipster wearing a dress. Either way when Kendrick drops I click and absorb.
I'm currently in the middle of the pacific with a multicolour drink so today Im feeling this one.

Anytime someone asks me who my favourite rapper is I say Phonte and Jadakiss, the ying and the yang, opposite ends of the rap spectrum (at least imo). So while this isn't the strongest Montega Jada we've ever heard and sometimes you wish he just use these bars over some boom bap he still manages to fuse todays blueprint with that yonkers grit seamlessly. You can't really get tired of that raspy voice and cool delivery. Deserves a listen because he is... Top 5 Dead Or Alive no debate.

Been waiting on something a little more official the a RAP UP post. This shit has been stuck in my head... I hate dudes name - G-Eazy? really bruh? Beyond the superficial though the flows reaaal nice and the concept is very relatable. Tory, what is there left to say... he's next, he barely did anything on this and he did everything on this... Chris brown beats women but unfortunately for those like me who take offence to those sort of things he's also a hell of an artist and once again elevates the song with the emotional hook... Peep this gem.

This city has come a long way, lets celebrate with a video.
Via Complex :
The Zac Facts-directed video for the MegaMan-produced track takes P. Reign back to his hood with his original crew before he transitions to a flashy mansion, but never forgets where he came from. "Still down with my same n***as, I don't be with no new crew," is a notable line from the song that P. Reign perfectly brings to life in the video. Look for P. Reign's Off the Books project to drop in early December, and check out his recent wave of new music on his SoundCloud page"
This R&B Meets the hood, little behind on this project so ill save time and just say this... Captivating.
